Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot and eliminate unplanned machine breakdowns with root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
Plan and prepare spare parts strategies to support long-term equipment performance and TPM goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage maintenance data, improve systems, and drive KPIs.
Take charge of TPM, safety standards, ISO14001 & ISO45001 compliance, and continuous improvement projects.
Fulfillment rate of planned maintenance activities
Maintenance cost control and optimization
Spare parts inventory value and availability
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years in manufacturing machine maintenance
Technical Skills:
PLC, HMI, Hydraulic, Servo motor controller
Robotics and machine motion control
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems
Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken)
