      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of globally distributed System and Kernel developers focused on the macOS operating system
      - Drive design decisions for improving agent architecture and addressing proactive improvements
      - Respond to field events, driving root cause analysis and implementing necessary patches
      - Collaborate closely with Support, Sales, and Quality Assurance to ensure timely resolution of emerging issues
      - Research and identify new issues to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in software engineering management
      - 6+ years of prior experience in systems and kernel development
      - Solid understanding of operating system fundamentals
      - Proven track record of successfully delivering core customer-facing features
      - Good communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in macOS development in user/kernel space
      - Familiarity with high-performance systems and large-scale event processing systems
      - Knowledge of Objective-C and Swift programming languages
      - Experience managing customer escalations or highly coordinated efforts for service restoration
