      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide specialized academic instruction (SAI) for students with disabilities
      - Manage a caseload of students, including scheduling and holding IEP meetings
      - Deliver online instruction through the Class Connect Program
      - Communicate with students and families via video conference, phone, and email
      - Attend periodic in-person meetings and training sessions throughout the school year

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Disabilities
      - California English Learner Authorization, certification issued by the CTC
      - Must reside in California at the time of application
      - Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students from various grade levels
      - Commitment to providing specialized academic services aligned with student goals

      - Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations
      - Strong communication skills, particularly in virtual settings
