What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
- Operate various department machines and equipment
- Weigh, seal, and meter outgoing letter mail and parcels
- Pick up and deliver packages that are too heavy or large for regular mailing procedures
- Complete necessary paperwork and verify data entry for shipping labels and logs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
- Technical aptitude preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
