      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist staff with projects by utilizing proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Box
      - Greet students, faculty, staff, and other campus members in person
      - Manage the opening and closing of the building
      - Deliver, pick up, and distribute internal mail and packages for the department
      - Support department staff with administrative tasks such as copying, filing, faxing, and scanning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Box
      - Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 15 hours per week
      - Must not be a student studying Social Work or Social Welfare due to evaluation exposure
      - Ability to perform light lifting occasionally, less than 25 pounds
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an administrative or support role within an educational environment
      - Familiarity with data entry and maintaining spreadsheets
      - Knowledge of website management and video captioning
      - Good communication skills for interacting with diverse campus community members
