      Job Summary:

      Assists General Maintenance Repairmen with projects and cleans up job sites.

      Job Duties:

      • Assists repairmen by delivering tools and materials to the job site, cleaning up job sites and returning tools and materials to the proper storage areas.
      • Event set-up and management.
      • Assists with removing built-in fixtures and tearing down walls.
      • Collects and sorts recycling and shredding.
      • Assists with painting projects.
      • Provides limited electrical services such as changing light bulbs, etc.
      • Provides limited HVCA services such as changing filters, etc.
      • Maintains accurate daily records of time and materials.
      • Maintains all tools and equipment in a safe and operable condition.
      • Reports problems to the supervisor.
      • Assists other trade areas for seasonal requirements as needed.
      • Provides assistance with Security as needed.
      • Sweeps sidewalks to main entrance as needed.
