Job Qualification Requirements
5-7 Years of Experience - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or planning roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Work Order request are appropriate with proper understanding of what needs to be done, procuring parts, spare parts management, coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure that equipment and machinery operate efficiently with minimal downtime. This a critical role in minimizing production disruptions and optimizing asset life in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, this role requires safe driving practices, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Specific Responsibilities1. Schedule and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
2. Generate, assign, and track maintenance work orders using Emaint or designated CMMS system.
3. Oversee RMA (Return Material Authorization) processing and tracking.
4. Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and impact on production.
5. Ensure availability of required tools, spare parts, and materials for scheduled work.
6. Transport tools, parts, supplies, and materials between facilities and distributors as needed to support maintenance operations.
7. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel use.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance efforts with operational priorities.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.
Physical Demand Requirements
Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to grasp, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; use fingers to touch, pick or pinch objects; reach with hands and arms; push or pull; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; use foot or leg controls; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. For all jobs no one should lift over 50lbs on their own. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
