What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Maintenance Managers in coordinating and directing all maintenance activities
- Support Human Resources in selecting hourly employees and ensuring compliance with policies
- Work with Procurement Manager to control supply and ordering for the department
- Ensure client and customer satisfaction by completing work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain health and safety standards by following safe work practices and participating in training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of Maintenance Planning experience
- Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Trades ticket beneficial
- Maximo and CMMS systems experience
- Team management experience with 20+ people
