- Conduct scheduled maintenance and manage breakdowns of production equipment.
- Assist with setting up and changing over production lines as necessary.
- Fabricate required machine parts and potentially assemble machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints for effective execution of tasks.
- Mechanically repair conveyors, screw machines, presses, cold headers, and threaders.
- 5-7 years of mechanical and electrical experience, with a 60/40 mechanical focus.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance technician skills, and mechanical maintenance.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, blueprint and schematic reading.
- Ability to perform industrial maintenance, repair, and welding tasks.
- Skilled in PLC troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with metals and fabrication.
- Industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Basic welding and cutting procedures.
- Correct use of machinist measurement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting ability for manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and complete assignments promptly.
- Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced specialist in the Facilities Industrial Repair & Maintenance field. The ideal candidate will apply their acquired skills and adhere to company policies and procedures to complete tasks efficiently. This role involves working on assignments that are semi-routine, with occasional deviations from standard practices. Established procedures are typically followed, and guidance is provided for new assignments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
