Job Description
- Req#: JP-005719855
- Complete work orders and perform reactive and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, compressors, packaging equipment, and pneumatics.
- Conduct repairs on boilers and cooling towers.
- Ensure sanitation checklists for equipment and floor are completed according to FDA regulations.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties.
- Assist in areas as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- 4-5+ years of maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in industrial electrical systems, both three-phase and single-phase.
- Understanding of DC controls, PLCs, VFDs, pneumatics, hydraulics, chilling/cooling compressors.
- Experience with electrical motor replacements, air/liquid pumps, and welding.
- Experience in food industry is a significant advantage.
- Welding and fabrication skills are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of boilers and cooling towers is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily temperature-controlled and comfortable, within a food production setting. It may involve exposure to yeast odors, which can be overpowering for some. There are areas such as a cold room and a hot chiller room that require limited time spent. Expect an ambient, loud environment with FDA regulations in place. The role operates on a 2nd shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, with the potential to transition to 1st shift as positions become available. Training duration can range from 3 weeks to 3 months based on existing knowledge, with optional overtime opportunities available.A

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
