- Perform operations and administration support for managed file transfer platforms in on-premises UNIX (Solaris/Linux) and AWS Linux environments
- Administer and support enterprise secure file transfer solutions, including Axway Secure Transport, SFTP, and IBM Connect:Direct
- Provide build, deployment, and operational support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
- Execute change management activities, implementing approved changes in accordance with established CM processes
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring compliance with operational and security standards
- Support SSL/TLS certificate management, encryption standards, and secure data transmission practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to support specialized IT solutions
- Manage assigned tasks and projects independently, including customer communications and status updates
- Participate in off-hours, weekend, and on-call support rotations as required
- Strong UNIX systems administration experience, Solaris and Linux
- Strong AWS cloud experience, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and EKS or ECS
- Hands-on experience administering Axway Secure Transport, SFTP platforms, and IBM Connect:Direct
- Proficiency in scripting and automation, including Shell, Bash, Python, and Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Infrastructure as Code experience using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience managing SSL, TLS, certificates, and data encryption
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of five years of relevant experience

Position Overview
This role supports a large-scale, secure e-commerce and data-exchange environment that operates across on-premises and cloud infrastructures. The Managed File Transfer Administrator is responsible for administering, supporting, and enhancing secure file transfer platforms that enable mission-critical business operations.
This position requires strong UNIX and AWS administration skills, hands-on experience with enterprise-grade managed file transfer solutions, and the ability to support systems in a 24x7 operational environment, including off-hours and on-call rotations.
