Job Description
- Req#: 515339
- Responsible for the invoice payment process (accessing and paying bills via portals) to ensure SLA achievement for all Calero Bill Pay customers
- Partner with Senior Manager, Managed Bill Pay, Service Operations Manager and other Business Unit leadership to complete all assignments in order of priority
- Manage daily payment activity to meet KPI requirements
- Research issues with payments when they occur, ensuring corrective action where necessary to avoid re-occurrence
- Associate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or IT preferred
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Prior experience working in an Accounts Payable department is preferred
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel exp. preferred

JOB SUMMARYCalero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Managed Bill Pay Analyst. Reporting to the Managed Bill Pay Manager, you will ensure the timely and accurate payment of accounts on behalf of Calero's customers. The Managed Bill Pay team is based out of Calero's corporate office in Rochester, NY.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented team player with a love for accounting!

The starting hourly wage for this role is $18.50-$20.00.
