      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the preparation, execution, and tracking of provider contracts, amendments, fee schedules, and single case agreements
      - Maintain an organized contract database and ensure timely updates to reflect changes in agreements
      - Support provider recruitment efforts by preparing contract packets and assisting with credentialing coordination
      - Ensure provider data integrity within internal systems, coordinating updates as needed
      - Prepare reports and presentations related to network contracting activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience
      - Basic knowledge of the credentialing process
      - Understanding of contract terms
      - Proficiency in fee schedule review

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing provider contracts and network development
      - Familiarity with Texas HMO regulations and compliance requirements
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
