      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review daily reports for no authorizations and work to resolve related issues
      - Maintain knowledge of payer requirements for scheduling and authorizations
      - Assist in determining appropriate coverage and scheduling licensed providers
      - Obtain and set up benefit information within IT systems for accurate billing
      - Process denials due to lack of authorizations and resolve discrepancies with insurance companies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Three to five years of administrative experience preferred
      - Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, in-person, and virtual formats
      - Strong attention to detail for timely and accurate data entry
      - Familiarity with insurance verification processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
      - Proficiency in IT systems related to billing and authorizations
      - Strong problem-solving skills in dealing with insurance discrepancies
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Previous experience with medical billing or office administration
