Job Summary:
• To guide, direct and provide oversight to the daily operations of managed property clients.
• To build and maintain a strong working relationship with all personnel connected to LLC and FMC chapters.
• Perform assigned duties in conformity with the Constitution and policies of Delta Gamma Fraternity and Foundation
Essential Functions:
• Serve as single point of contact for selected LLC and FMC chapters for assistance with regular or emergency maintenance issues or purchases in regions
as assigned
• Meet with CSL on monthly stewardship calls. Collaborate on annual capital budgets. Coordinate with CSL Management to identify and select vendors for property issues as needed.
• Arrange for the purchase, delivery and installation of furnishings and ritual equipment. Work with designers as appropriate.
• Host monthly one on one meetings with house directors as well as a monthly touch base with director: house management/chapter property, chapter president, vp: finance and ATC at selected chapters and report any concerns to the director of housing operations and Regional Team
• Act as a liaison with assigned chapters and Regional Team on housing related concerns and questions
• Collaborate with director of housing operations on annual LLC/FMC budgets and bring chapter requests for board consideration
• Coordinate with CSL Management on major projects for LLCs with contractor and architect as applicable
• Visit LLC/FMC facilities as needed and take pictures for future planning
• Maintain a ritual equipment inventory tracker for all chapters
• Assist with the FHC/FMC annual audit as assigned
• Collaborate with director of housing operations on new extension housing needs.
• Assist with transfer of LLC properties from house corporations to FHC in conjunction with the designated law firm handling the transfer
• Assist with resource documents for LLC/FMC and inquiries
• Assist house corporations with marketing presentations and profiles to become FMC/LLC groups as needed
• Supervise house directors and provide feedback to FHC HR business partner regarding performance issues for house directors in assigned regions
• Assist with training conferences as applicable
• Other duties as assigned by director of fraternity housing operations
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive environments where belonging is valued.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make timely decisions and ascertain when a situation should be escalated
Ability to take initiative and manage time on a daily/weekly basis and communicate with staff as needed
• Proficiency in Word and Excel and ability to learn other software as needed
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with volunteers and vendors
• Attention to detail and good organization skills
• Ability to multi-task on a daily basis and adhere to deadlines
• College Degree required
• Experience in the field of property management and budgeting (preferred)
• 25% Travel required for site visits
• Greek life experience preferred
