      We seek talented and ambitious staff to improve a large diverse department working to exhibit the values of the Trust in serving the patients and population of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region.

      Main duties of the job

      Key elements of the role:

      • Contributing to the production of financial reports in accordance with Trust procedures and timetables.
      • Budget statement reconciliation and analysis.
      • Investigating variances and making any necessary adjustments.
      • Identifying data processing errors and making corrective changes.
      • Manipulating income and expenditure data for forecasting and budget setting exercises.
      • Validation of new spend and involvement in business cases.
      • Active engagement with budget holders and other Trust colleagues is paramount to being successful in this position.
