      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, analyze, reconcile, and monitor financial expenditures for assigned grants to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Develop and prepare fiscal management reports for effective cost allocation and budgeting
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Programs, Budget, and Accounting teams
      - Analyze and reconcile financial data to prepare federal disclosure forms within established deadlines
      - Respond to audit requests and ensure timely submission of grant applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Nine years of relevant professional experience in accounting, payroll, finance, or a closely related field
      - OR a Bachelor's degree in business/public administration or a related field with specific credit hours in accounting, plus five years of relevant experience
      - Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful workplace principles
      - Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and state policies
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of federal funding regulations related to TANF, CCDF, and Title XIX
      - Experience in developing and preparing fiscal management reports
      - Familiarity with state legislative processes and their impact on agency budgets
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing consultation and program interpretation
      - Experience analyzing financial data for compliance and reporting purposes
