      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and analyze information on specialized topics related to energy efficiency programs
      - Manage assigned studies, projects, and initiatives under the guidance of the Program Manager
      - Monitor and evaluate project performance of consultants and provide direction as needed
      - Prepare and deliver public presentations and communications regarding I-REN programs
      - Serve as a liaison with public agencies, community groups, and organizations for outreach and education efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business, public administration, urban planning, environmental science, or a related field
      - At least three (3) years of progressively responsible analytical or administrative experience in a relevant field
      - Valid California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working on energy-related projects or programs
      - Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations governing energy efficiency
      - Proficiency in project management software and tools
      - Experience in public speaking and community engagement
      - Knowledge of social media management and online content creation
