      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and analytical support for human resources and budget monitoring activities
      - Maintain and update budget tracking spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data entry and reconciliation
      - Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel, tracking status and documentation
      - Prepare routine reports, summaries, and status updates related to HR support activities and budget tracking
      - Support the coordination of meetings and communications using Microsoft Teams and Outlook

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, human resources, finance, or a related field
      - 4+ years of experience providing administrative, programmatic, or analytical support within a complex organization
      - Demonstrated experience working with budgets and maintaining data in budget tracking spreadsheets
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing HR or staffing support in a federal or large organizational environment
      - Familiarity with VA or other federal administrative environments
      - Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage routine administrative tasks with minimal oversight
      - Experience supporting budget monitoring or administrative tracking for multiple stakeholders
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently in a remote setting
