What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide system administration and technical support for the Enterprise Asset Management System in AssetWorks
- Troubleshoot software issues and assist users with help desk support
- Analyze, evaluate, design, and implement solutions to enhance departmental operations
- Conduct training sessions for new and current employees on system usage
- Prepare and modify data reports, ensuring they meet business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Four years of experience in management analysis or related analytical experience for the Senior Management Analyst position
- Valid class D driver's license required depending on assignment
- Strong technical aptitude and a service-oriented approach
- Ability to work closely with subject matter experts to analyze operational systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with system administration for AssetWorks or similar asset management systems
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Crystal, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with database management and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience in project management, business analysis, and instructional methodology
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to non-technical users
