      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in achieving financial performance and exceeding customer expectations
      - Monitor daily store performance and review key performance indicators with the Store Manager
      - Ensure effective execution of merchandising and marketing plans
      - Lead and develop associates while fostering a positive workplace culture
      - Maintain compliance with hiring, benefits, and labor laws

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or minimum 2 years related experience
      - General knowledge of key retail metrics and consumer trends
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software
      - Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Supervisory experience in a retail environment
      - Experience in coaching and developing associates
      - Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
      - Ability to influence others through analytical skills
      - Flexibility to support other store locations as needed
