      The Manager, 3PL Collections Operations will lead a diverse team to manage Collections Operations for the Title customer portfolio, while still having a broad understanding of Non-Title 3PL. Negotiates and advises on collection of overdue bills and takes appropriate action to recover overdue payments.

      This role will focus on 3PL Title Collections portfolio across CMM in the following areas:

      • Improve and manage all accounts receivable aging, collections activities and priorities, and dispute resolutions.
      • External client and internal stakeholder support for Title 3PL programs.
      • Drive close partnership with Sales, Customer Care, Billing, Finance/Accounting to resolve issues and complex disputes.
      • Communicates results and risks to internal stakeholders.
      • Set clear vision and priorities for team – driving process improvement and systematic enhancements.

      Key Responsibilities

      Manage AR aging, collections activities and priorities, and dispute resolutions

      • Drive collection on delinquent problem accounts, coordinating with internal business partners to resolve past due balances
      • Develop strong customer relationships and negotiate with complex customers on payment issues
      • Correspond with internal parties, primarily Sales on account resolution

      External client and internal stakeholder support forTitle 3PL programs

      • Leadership and guidance on process and deliverables to ensure strong financial services for OTC customers
      • Develop and report SLA and Metrics for financial services provided
      • Correspond with internal parties, primarily Sales and Program Managers on account resolution
      • Lead 3PLTitle AR review calls

      Leadership and Team Development

      • Active participation on leadership team to understand and address challenges and opportunities
      • Create strong development plans for collections and credit team
      • Identify and deploy department training plans

      Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

      Training / Experience

      • Strong understanding of AR processes
      • 7 years of relevant experience
      • Ability to influence partners and stakeholders

      Specialized Knowledge/Skills –

      • Excellent written/verbal communications
      • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
      • Strong problem-solving skills in addition to detail focus
      • Strong customer focus

      Working Conditions:

      Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –

      • Traditional office environment.

      Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –

      • Large percent of time performing computer based work is required
      • General office demands

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $64,100 - $106,900
