What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the treasury department, including cash management and accounts payable
- Oversee banking relationships and ensure compliance with corporate cash controls
- Develop and implement cash management operational strategies and short-term investments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting cash transfers and transactions
- Collaborate with external and internal auditors for supporting information requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the insurance industry
- Previous management oversight of treasury functions and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of risk management and banking relationship management
- Proficiency in treasury banking systems and financial software packages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JPMorgan Access, SAP General Ledger & Accounts Payable
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- History of effective team leadership and fostering a positive work atmosphere
