      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments
      - Oversee reconciliation processes and prepare weekly AP aging reports
      - Ensure compliance with payment regulations, including PCI-DSS and HIPAA
      - Lead a team of payment specialists, providing coaching and training
      - Develop and implement policies for efficient and secure accounts payable operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in accounts payable and payment operations
      - 1+ years of experience managing or supervising a team
      - In-depth knowledge of payment systems and AP processing platforms, including Coupa and Sage Intacct
      - Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry
      - Familiarity with emerging payment technologies (e.g., blockchain, mobile payments)
