We are looking for a strong methodical thinker who is excited to develop and execute sales strategies for our Global Growth Sales team. The ideal candidate can demonstrate teamwork, relationship building and is able to influence others. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing global environment, is detail-oriented and comfortable working with numerous stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate utilizes their strong communication skills to coach, develop and retain a team of high-achieving account executives. If you have a track record of achieving revenue goals, experience in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams and talent for effectively responding to market trends and consumer needs this might be the job for you!
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Hire and develop the best: attract, hire, develop and retain top sales talent
· Manage a team of 8+ direct reports
· Monitor sales performance and provide effective coaching to help your team reach input and output goals
· Create and implement sales strategies, processes and tools to drive product adoption and increase performance and productivity of your team
· Coach your team to analyse data such as campaign performance and generate deep customer insights in order to recommend optimized media solutions
· Demonstrate and promote customer obsession to ensure that advertisers and agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
· Collaborate closely with internal partner teams such as finance, sales operations, retail etc. to grow advertisers and improve processes
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
London, GBR- Significant media sales experience, ideally selling full-funnel advertising solutions with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Consultative and insights-focused selling style
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Experience in hiring and retaining sales talent
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions using data
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to simplify existing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong personal rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of media landscape and market trends
- Bachelors degree- - Experience working in a global and ambiguous environment with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- - Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities at the same time
- - Advanced experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
