Manager Analyst - Item Master Services

Job Description

- Improve member satisfaction scores, item master metrics and meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA) as documented in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Manage Item Master Services Team (IMS) and IMS members to ensure accuracy of members’ item master data.
- Staff department/teams appropriately for workload and talent requirements and assist with growth and development of the team members.
- Work with providers and management to clarify analytical support needs and provide project updates.
- Interpret organizational policies and ensure consistent application of policies.
- Facilitate member calls.
- Assist with new member onboarding and growth of Item Master Services.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required, preferably in healthcare analytics and/or supply cost management. Group purchasing organization (GPO) experience is a plus.
- Management experience required.
- Experience managing item master in multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Workday, Peoplesoft, and McKesson Allscripts, and understanding of Purchase Orders (PO) exceptions is required.
- Proficiency with Vizient DataLynx/Data Management Platform and Contract Catalog is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI and Visio.
- Experience with hospital mergers and acquisitions and ERP systems implementations is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to a variety of audiences.

Summary:
In this role, you will manage a team of item master analyst who ensure that each provider’s item master is described in a consistent format and contain the most relevant items at the right prices. You will support senior management in gathering and preparing data metrics for customer business reviews, manage monthly departmental reporting, ensure contract price accuracy, and maintain the customer operations guide.

$88,900.00 - $132,250.00This position is also incentive eligible.
