      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct and manage outcomes of various studies including analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, and presenting information for operational and business planning
      - Support short and long-term operational and strategic business activities by developing and maintaining operational information and models
      - Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
      - Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive business performance
      - Ensure compliance with the government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
      - 4+ years of experience with delivery of a Provider, Medicaid, or Medicare product
      - 3+ years of experience with requirement gathering and solution design documentation
      - 2+ years of management experience
      - Adherence to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in client-facing complex solution delivery
      - 2+ years of experience working in a matrixed HR environment
