What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead initiatives to optimize the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, focusing on system integration and process automation
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify gaps and implement solutions across business platforms
- Manage Q2C system configurations and workflows to ensure data integrity and accurate billing
- Monitor key Q2C metrics and provide insights to guide strategic decisions
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational enhancements to improve customer lifecycle efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles with a focus on Q2C or billing operations
- 3+ years of experience in managing people or leading cross-functional project teams
- Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ tools and Zuora (or equivalent subscription billing systems)
- Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with Excel, SQL, or BI tools to deliver actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based environment with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies
- Experience in the healthcare sector, providing insight into industry challenges and regulations
- Proficient in PowerBI or Tableau, with advanced data visualization and analysis skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other agile project management tools
