- Responsible for leading monthly reporting and insights around District performance to the ABM Leadership Team
- Understand and share key performance headlines and drivers as part of business reviews with Sales Directors & Leadership Team
- Accountable for owning the agenda and content around semi-yearly business reviews to drive strategic discussions to achieve targets
- Resolve and supervise performance of commercial and sales activities using critical important metrics for Sales growth, Sales force execution and efficiency of prioritization
- Improve salesforce understanding of customer segmentation and importance of alignment between marketing strategy and sales execution
- Work closely with Analytics & Sales Leadership to proactively identify gaps and put plan of action for improvements where needed and to define key activities measures and efficiency metrics.
- Establish a business planning process that increases execution excellence alignment and elevates eye for business sales competency
- Support sales teams knowledge and understanding on the value of investment prioritization and strategic multi brand planning with the biggest return on investment
- Support identification of new growth initiatives and establish alignment of a common nomenclature to assess opportunities for new growth across all Sales Districts
- Build a funding model to ensure the budgets are allocated in areas of the biggest opportunities & growth
- Lead new rep/ABM onboarding sessions around Data/Analytics
- Design Performance dashboards and business/KAM templates to more effectively diagnosis current business performance and predict future performance
- Drive automation of business performance reporting to ensure wider adoption and usage across the Salesforce
- B.Sc./ B.Com Degree or equivalent and experience in Healthcare preferred
- Ability to engage, influence and collaborate across boundaries with a problem solving and delivery focus
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Energized by working with ambiguity and complexity
- Ability to participate in collaborative partnership
- Experience working in Sales, Analytics or Commercial Operations roles
- Experience with data analytics and ability to extract and communicate insights from data
- Prior demonstration of leading projects & simplification that led to operational effectiveness across the enterprise
- Prior experience working directly with senior leaders and influencing change management

Our Position
The position will provide crucial business performance analysis, with a key focus on field force executional excellence and planning and targeting to enhance the entire Primary Care portfolio and achieve business targets and capitalize on growth opportunities. The role will require interacting and collaborating with cross-functional collaborators and Sales leadership across the portfolio to build best-in class capabilities, performance frameworks, tools and learning experiences to elevate the eye for business and performance forward-thinking mentality of the Sales team.
