      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sold programs are booked and executed according to operational and sales initiatives
      - Serve as the primary client contact for all post-sale programs, leading internal and external communications
      - Provide strategic insights to bring custom programs to life, including podcasts, social campaigns, and events
      - Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against benchmarks
      - Oversee billing and finance reconciliation to ensure timely billing processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
      - Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
      - 2-3 years of digital account management experience or in a similar role
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly
