      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary client contact for all post-sale programs, ensuring alignment with operational and sales initiatives
      - Collaborate with internal departments to schedule and lead calls, communicate production timelines, and exceed client expectations
      - Bring custom programs to life, including podcasts, social campaigns, video content, and events
      - Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve performance against benchmarks
      - Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations based on performance data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in digital account management or a similar role
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
      - Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and reporting results

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management from start to finish
      - A strong understanding of digital media campaign reporting
      - Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
      - Interest in continued learning and knowledge sharing
