What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight and guidance to Clinical Research Financial Analysts (CRFAs) in the development of Coverage Analyses and budgets for clinical research studies
- Serve as the lead liaison with departments and centers conducting clinical research for questions related to Coverage Analyses and budgets
- Manage CRFAs at various locations of the enterprise, including personnel actions and distribution of work assignments
- Perform clinical research pre-award activities, including completion of Coverage Analysis, budget development, and negotiation
- Ensure compliance with institutional and federal policies and guidelines for Coverage Analysis and clinical research financial management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience in clinical research or financial analysis
- 1-3 years of experience in supervising or managing direct reports
- Knowledge of research administration practices and OnCore, ClinCard, and/or EPIC research administration systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
