What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support organization and management of Sales Enablement project initiatives
- Build content (written and visual) for training and communication purposes
- Use software to create media that translates strategies into regional initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales Operations Team and other departments to design and develop new content and training programs
- Manage a portfolio of Sales Enablement projects with multiple work streams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation for sales and marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with software editing programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Camtasia
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Sysco Sales, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Learning & Development, or similar field
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM
- Proven track record of career development
