      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and strengthen a communications strategy that enhances understanding of the employer’s unique business model and brand
      - Serve as a key team member on announcements and campaigns that promote and protect the employer’s reputation
      - Lead the strategy behind communications initiatives, ensuring consistent storytelling during crises
      - Draft and refine communications related to regulatory developments and consumer safety
      - Monitor sentiment and policy trends to inform strategy and narrative development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of experience in corporate communications, financial, policy, or crisis communications
      - Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or public relations
      - Knowledge of public policy and experience operating within a regulated industry
      - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to support high-quality responses to crisis situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Agency experience or in-house experience at a public company
      - Experience building relationships with media beyond day-to-day news alerts
      - Comfort working with cross-functional partners across various functions
      - An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias towards action
