What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own financial planning and analysis for key business areas, partnering with cross-functional teams
- Lead the development and maintenance of scalable financial models aligned with strategic objectives
- Drive strategic decisions by delivering insights and recommendations to senior leaders
- Prepare and present financial materials to senior leadership and the Board
- Mentor and coach junior team members on financial best practices and professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Financial Consulting, Corporate Finance, or FP&A
- Advanced knowledge of three-statement financials, cash flow forecasting, and GAAP accounting
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday Finance and/or Adaptive is a plus
- Background in Private Equity or Corporate Finance management development programs
