What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and advance enterprise strategy including leading key initiatives
- Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks
- Lead internal and external project teams
- Manage communication with key business partners
- Prepare "executive ready" project deliverables and manage communication with key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization
- Highly analytical, logical, structured problem solver
- Excellent communicator (both oral and written)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience at either a strategy consulting firm or in a corporate strategy role
- MBA
- Experience in consumer packaged goods industry
- Global perspective, ideally with experience working outside of the U.S.
- Proven developer of people
