      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct and lead the travel agent team, providing coaching and performance optimization
      - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
      - Monitor team performance metrics and provide timely feedback to team members
      - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client program success and address operational queries
      - Analyze customer service reports to identify trends and implement process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of experience in the travel industry
      - 5-7 years of customer service experience with the ability to handle escalated issues
      - Proficiency in Sabre GDS and strong knowledge of international travel
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to various audiences
      - Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
