Job Description
- Req#: 9176
- Perform monthly payroll audit of the previous month for crew members
- Maintain accurate PTO balance in Crew Trac and Crew Pay Spreadsheet
- Perform SOX controls each payroll period
- Perform SOX controls for Sick and vacation for previous month
- Monthly audit cleanup
- Build relationships and effectively communicate with Union representation
- Manage and develop the Crew Pay team to resolve issues and identify innovative solutions to drive the team forward
- Ability to listen to and understand Crew Members’ concerns and work effectively in making sure all concerns are dealt with in accordance with current CBA
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g. emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Sabre CrewTrac knowledge preferred
- Must be able to use relevant payroll data to resolve issues, patterns and variances
- Seek to deeply understand needs and work effectively with all levels of Spirit team members
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must be able to read, interpret and apply contractual language related to crew pay as necessary
- Confident and works well under stressful situations. Projects a positive image in building a relationship with staff, crew members and Union Reps
- Develop people, think critically, communicate clearly, create accountability
- Domestic & International travel approximately 10% of time
