What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an education strategy for self-serve and enterprise business to meet customer growth and retention goals
- Build and scale the Airtable certification and learning ecosystem within a Learning Management System
- Lead project workstreams for Academy & Certification, providing operational structure and reporting to Senior Stakeholders
- Manage the Scaled Education team to create engaging learning experiences for different personas
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define certification requirements and gather specific needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS learning program and exam development
- 6+ years of Project/Program Management skills
- 3+ years in people Management
- Knowledge of learning management and certification systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with common tools for credentialing program design and exam development
