- Performing Insights Work: Managing strategic custom research projects, using qualitative and quantitative research approaches. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners and external research vendors where applicable.
- Managing Customer Journey Program: Manage our ongoing customer journey research program. This includes vendor engagement, research support and developing the program’s roadmap and project plans.
- You will collaborate with other members of the Customer Insights team, and other Hilton teams performing research and insights work, to provide multi-functional insights to the business.
- You will collaborate with internal business partners and external research vendors (for vendor-led research projects), to align on things such as research objectives, methodology and reporting.
- The main focus will be customer journey mapping, but over time will include supporting other projects as capacity allows. This may include brand identity work, customer strategy and segmentation, consumer trends monitoring and loyalty program benefits research.
- Five (5) years of professional experience in market or consumer research
- One (1) year of experience working with research vendors
- Outstanding communication skills and executive presence while presenting on behalf of the team to Hilton partners
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- One (1) year of work experience with customer journey mapping
- Two (2) years of experience within one of the following industries: CPG, Retail, Travel/Hospitality, or Consulting
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of consultants to key functions across Hilton! The team consists of both embedded authorities who serve as strategic advisors to key partners and technical specialists who are proficient in advanced analytics techniques and tools. As a Manager of Customer Insights, you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Enterprise Customer Insights team, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Insights, you will work on innovative projects including customer journey mapping. You will also work on consumer and customer research related to new brand and business opportunities, loyalty program, customer experience and brand identities.
