What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or Communication
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing Customer Service
- Minimum 5 years managing a Customer Service team
- Certifications in Customer Service Management and Customer Care preferred
- Strong understanding of EDI transactions and Customer Satisfaction metrics

- Experience with age-sensitive products
