      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in customer relationship management and strategic account planning
      - Drive team performance by setting and monitoring performance metrics aligned with customer adoption, retention, and growth
      - Oversee customer engagement strategies and ensure execution of customer success plans
      - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Enablement teams to equip CSMs with necessary tools and resources
      - Act as an escalation point for customer issues, working cross-functionally to resolve challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7+ years in customer success, account management, or a related role, with at least 2 years managing customer-facing teams
      - Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
      - Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and coach a high-performing team
      - Deep understanding of customer needs with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in SaaS or legal tech industries
      - Law degree or substantial experience working with law firms, attorneys, or legal professionals
      - Proven problem-solving expertise in handling escalations and resolving complex customer issues
