      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in customer relationship management and strategic account planning
      - Drive team performance by setting and monitoring key performance metrics aligned with customer and business outcomes
      - Oversee customer engagement strategies and ensure effective execution of customer success plans
      - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Enablement teams to provide necessary tools and resources for CSMs
      - Act as an escalation point for customer issues, resolving challenges and advocating for customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, with at least 2 years of managing customer-facing teams
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach high-performing teams
      - Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders
      - Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in SaaS or legal tech industries
      - Law degree or substantial experience working with law firms, attorneys, or legal professionals
      - Problem-solving expertise in handling escalations and resolving customer issues
