What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead endpoint security operations, establishing standards and driving vulnerability management
- Define endpoint security strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Select and hire professionals to enhance the Cybersecurity talent pool
- Evaluate team performance and assist with individual development plans
- Stay informed on the latest security and privacy legislation and vulnerabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 12 years of related experience, including 2 years in a leadership role; or a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of recent IT experience in security, including 2 years in a leadership role
- ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of starting the position for IT Division caregivers
- Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of security technology
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives through influence and persuasion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications from recognized institutions such as SANS, ISC2, or CompTIA
