Job Description
- Req#: 27192BR
- Develop and implement best-in-class placement and messaging strategies for digital signage.
- Own the end-to-end process of developing, deploying, and maintaining digital signage messaging and back-end functionality in collaboration with external technology partners.
- Collaborate Food & Beverage (F&B) Marketing and F&B Operations to efficiently and effectively translate ideas and needs into technology solutions across digital signage placements in-theatre.
- Identify and execute opportunities to ensure products are displayed, marketed and priced to drive optimal sales.
- Serve as primary liaison between marketing, IT, external vendors, and theatre teams to develop and execute solutions.
- Respond promptly to theatre requests and connect theatre teams to the correct source to remedy issues.
- Own scalable opportunities when applicable and build efficiencies to effectively communicate information quickly with all relevant parties.
- Lead select marketing projects as identified, based on workload and priorities.
- Develop strategic marketing plans from conception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve brand awareness and drive incremental revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital advertising, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience within a similar or related position.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with written, oral, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles.
- Growth mindset with a keen ability to learn and adapt to customer trends and emerging technologies.
- Proven record of executing complex technical marketing solutions from conception to completion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to lead a cross functional project in a timely, budget focused, deadline-driven manner.
- Experience tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple products and creating actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Proven ability to own and manage complex technical processes from start to finish.
- Experience with digital signage or digital visual merchandising.

Job Summary
The Manager, Digital Signage leads all aspects of digital signage, encompassing theatre areas such as box office, concession, kiosk, auditorium, point of sale, and future emerging technologies. This position ensures digital signage effectively sells and upsells products and experiences at theatre points of sale. It drives innovation in digital signage through thought leadership and assists theatres with questions and needs related to existing signage. In collaboration with AMC Project Owners, this role leads the management of technology for digital signage marketing, including strategic recommendations of placement and messaging. The Manager will partner with internal and external stakeholders to own key responsibilities as part of a larger team supporting AMC’s business objectives for digital signage.
