What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and project management support to the CEO and Chief of Staff
- Manage calendar scheduling, correspondence, travel logistics, and expense reporting
- Create and maintain innovative systems for efficient administrative task completion
- Prepare succinct documents and materials for meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant community to enhance organizational effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles with logistics responsibilities
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a strategy and operations team
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software
- Strong customer service orientation and experience in virtual environments
- Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AnyBill, Concur, ADP, and video conferencing systems
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities
- Strong ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
