      We Are Hiring

      • Department: Revenue Cycle
      • Schedule: Full Time: Monday-Friday
      • Location: Remote
      • Salary: $93,857.00 - $126,983.00 per year
      • Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

      What You Will Do

      • Monitor charge capture, coding accuracy, claim scrubbing
      • Analyze denial trends, manage accounts receivable, and implement strategies to reduce denials and improve collections.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like coding error rates, billing turnaround times, and A/R days; report to management.
      • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
      • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for better revenue capture.

      What You Will Need

      Licensure / Certification / Registration:

      • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
      • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

      Additional Preferences

      • Strong foundation of billing and knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT).
      • Certified Coder - Preferred
      • Strong Knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulations
      • Knowledge of CCI edits
      • Experience with EHR/Billing Software & Microsoft Office.
      • Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
      • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.
