      YOUR ROLE

      • Become a part of our global team that develops a comprehensive global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy for Henkel, and implements measures on a global scale
      • Develop Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training programs for our Henkel employees at all levels worldwide
      • Create consistent and impactful communication activities internally and externally, in alignment with Corporate Communciations
      • Contribute to the development and updating of global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies and guidelines
      • Monitor KPIs, targets and ambitions regarding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and prepare corresponding reports and presentations
      • Analyze data supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies, assess impact, and evolve methodologies for measurement
      • Empower and support the establishment and functioning of global Employee Resource Groups
      • Actively collaborate with Henkel’s global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion core network team and other global ambassadors

      YOUR SKILLS

      • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics, business administration (preferably marketing, communication or human resources) or psychology
      • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in human resources, communication, or strategy, ideally with work experience on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion related topics
      • Genuine passion for the topic of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and a truly inclusive mindset
      • International experience preferred
      • Excellent team player with strong self-drive, as well as networking-, communication- and analytical skills
      • Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
      • Fluent in German and English
