Travel: ModerateJob Overview: Incumbent will be responsible to:• Design and implement identified hi-potential development journeys (Ignite, Ascend)
• Enable career experiences and development of hi-potential employees and identified successors
• Benchmarking, branding and automation of Talent Management processes
• Design and program manage identified Leadership Development / L&D programs (E.g. Summit / ScaleUp / Functional Academies / Leadership Academy )
Key Stakeholders: InternalCHRO, Business HR Heads, HR Business Partners, L&D COE, Business Learning Leaders & Talent SPOCs
Key Stakeholders: ExternalConsulting firms in the space of assessment, learning & development and HR technology , training providers, executive education and continuing education providers, external professional bodies

Experience
4-5 years of experience of working in L&D / TM/ ODSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:• Strong program management skills• Strong stakeholder management skills• Ability to manage multiple interventions simultaneously• Ability to conceptualize and strategize and new projects, while balancing the focus on execution• Ability to work with global stakeholdersQualifications
MBA / PGDM / MMS / Masters in HR
Responsibilities
Design and Implementation of High Potential Development Journeys:
• Design and deliver high potential development journey for cohorts across junior and mid management levels (Ignite, Ascend)• Identify and evaluate partners and vendors to design a comprehensive and high impact development journey• Ensure robust journey management to provide a seamless and unique journey experience to the high potential cohort• Gather and analyze feedback & share recommendation to improve the existing high potential development processes• Post journey completion, continue to stay engaged with ASCENDERs / IGNITORs to identify opportunities for cross functional / cross business exposure in line with their career aspirations• Identify and evaluate MDPs / LDPs for which select ASCEND / IGNITE graduates from previous cohorts can be nominated in line with their development needsContinuous Improvement of Talent Management Processes:
• Lead branding of high potential development programs via internal and external communication• Drive documentation of SOPs and automation of high potential journeys & talent review and succession planning processes• Benchmark talent management processes and provide recommendations for improvementsDesign and Implementation of Assigned Learning & Development / Leadership Development Programs:
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of assigned learning programs in line with organizational objectives (E.g. Functional Academies / Summit / ScaleUp / Discover Piramal)• Partner with business stakeholders & sponsors to identify capability gaps and learning needs• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external partners to design high impact program in line with the learning needs• Program manage timely and effective delivery of program• Analyze external market practices and internal learning data to evaluate impact and drive improvementsAbout the company
