What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects, processes, resources, and support activities within CyberSecurity
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness
- Provide 24-hour support for technical issues and incident response
- Manage operating and capital budgets to align with organizational goals
- Mentor and guide a team of security analysts and engineers to promote security best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in Information Security
- 2 years of experience in a lead or manager position
- Demonstrated project management, process improvement, and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Healthcare Information Security (HIPAA, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in healthcare technology
- Information Security Certifications (CISSP, etc.)
- Master’s degree in a related field
